Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026. This policy explains the free-preview offer, the website-design guarantee, and cancellation of recurring services.

Simple version: The private preview is free. If you do not like the final delivered design, the one-time website-design fee is protected by our 100% design satisfaction guarantee. The $99 monthly retainer can be cancelled after its initial three-month term.

1. Free private website preview

Cosmic Exposure does not charge for a private website preview supplied for review. There is no obligation to continue after reviewing the preview. The preview remains our work until a paid project is accepted and all applicable fees are paid.

2. 100% design satisfaction guarantee

If the client does not like the final website design delivered within the agreed scope, the client may request a full refund of the one-time website-design fee. The request must be sent to yogafounders@gmail.com within 14 days of final design delivery and should identify the project and the reason for the request.

This guarantee covers the one-time website-design fee only. It excludes monthly services, hosting, domains, email, plugins, stock images, premium fonts, advertising spend, payment-processor fees, taxes, and other third-party costs. It also does not guarantee business results, rankings, traffic, enquiries, bookings, sales, or revenue.

3. Monthly retainer

The $99 monthly retainer has a three-month minimum period unless the accepted project agreement states otherwise. After the initial three months, the client may cancel by written notice before the next billing date. Service remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Monthly fees already paid for an active billing period are not refunded or pro-rated, except where required by law.

4. Client cancellation during a project

If a client cancels a paid project, fees for completed milestones, approved additional work, and third-party costs already incurred remain payable. We will provide any applicable work product only after all amounts due are paid, subject to the written project agreement and applicable law.

5. Delays and project pauses

Client delays in providing required content, access, approvals, or payment do not create a refund right. A paused project may be rescheduled based on availability. Any reactivation fee will be disclosed and accepted before it is charged.
