but beneath the achievements was a growing emptiness. The constant “doing” had drowned out my ability to simply “be.” Compounded by personal losses and physical health challenges—like a degenerative spinal condition and an autoimmune iliness—I found myself questioning everything:

Is true peace possible?

Is happiness something we find, or something we remember?

Can the mind, body, and soul truly move in harmony in the chaos of modern life?

Those questions led me to a new way of living—and eventually, to the heart of yoga and vibrational healing.

How Yoga Found Me

Yoga didn't enter my life as a discipline—it arrived as a lifeline. At first, I misunderstood it. I saw it as rigid, competitive, and externally focused. But over time, that perception dissolved. I discovered that yoga isn't about performance; it's about presence. It became a space to meet myself with compassion, a mirror that reflected who I was beneath the layers.

I began to live the true meaning of yoga—Union. Union with the breath, the body, the emotions, the seasons, the soul. I practiced on beaches, in forests, on mountain paths and in bustling cities. Yoga was no longer something I did. It was something I became.

Living and Learning on the Road

Twelve years of nomadic living shaped me in ways no classroom ever could. I adapted constantly—new cultures, climates, languages, and healing traditions. At times, I lived without a visa, without access to healthcare, or without a fixed place to rest. There were moments of deep love and heartache, health and uncertainty, loneliness and profound connection.

And yet, each challenge was a teacher. Life asked me to listen more deeply—to my own intuition, to the Earth, to the language of my body. I began to understand that healing is not linear. It is a cyclical process—fluid, mysterious, and deeply personal.

The Birth of My Work

I never set out to become a coach, therapist, or teacher. These roles emerged naturally through my lived experience and years of study. I followed my curiosity into ancient healing traditions across India, Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Peru—immersing myself in Ayurveda, sound therapy, vibrational acupuncture, sacred geometry, iridology, and quantum healing.

What emerged is the body of work I now share: a holistic, heart-centered approach to healing and self-connection.

Today, I am a certified sound therapist, yoga therapist, vibrational acupuncturist, and holistic wellness coach. I've developed training programs, healing retreats, and immersive therapies—each one designed to help individuals remember their innate wholeness.

Azaya Soul Source: A series of transformational programs and books designed to awaken the healer within.

The Fly Therapy: A unique healing modality using sound, hammock-based support, and vibrational tools to guide the nervous system into deep restoration.

Recent Creations & Sacred Influences

One of my most meaningful projects is my upcoming book, “L'Art de Vibrer"—a poetic and practical guide to aligning with your own vibration and living a harmonious, soulful life. The English edition will be available in June 2025.

I am also currently exploring the sacred wisdom of the Maya calendar, guided by someone dear to my heart. Its cyclical understanding of time, space, and destiny continues to inspire my practice and teachings. What I've Learned

If there's one truth I've come to hold, it is this: We are our own best healers. Healing doesn’t begin in a clinic or with a product—it begins in the way we breathe, listen, move, feel, and speak. The body carries ancient wisdom. The soul remembers. When we tune into our own vibration—through sound, silence, stillness, or movement—we awaken the power that has always lived within us.

And the most powerful compass? Joy. Let it guide you. Let it illuminate your path back home.

My Message to You

If you are at the beginning of your healing journey, or somewhere in the middle, please know:

You don't need to have it all figured out.

Start small. Follow what lights you up—what brings peace to your breath and softness to your heart. Your intuition and longings are sacred messengers. Trust them.

You don't need to be a yogi to explore yoga, or a musician to experience the magic of sound. These tools belong to all of us. And healing is not a destination—it is a relationship with yourself, one that you can nurture every single day.

Today, my mission is simple and sacred:

To help others reconnect to their own essence—through vibration, presence, and self-trust.

Whether through sound baths, movement, meditation, or stillness, I hope to offer a gentle reminder:

You are your own melody. And that melody is more than enough.

It is abundance. It is healing. It is home.

Business Takeaways

  • Your growth This journey birthed something extraordinary. I didn’t set out to become a coach, speaker, author or therapist—but life gently carved that path. I followed my curiosity to ancient wisdom traditions: Ayurveda, sound therapy, vibrational acupuncture, iridology, sacred geometry, and quantum healing. I studied in India, Thailand, Nepal, Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico and beyond—listening deeply to the whispers of ancestral knowledge everywhere I went.
  • What you’ve learned The most powerful lesson I’ve learned is this: we are all our own best healers. True healing begins not in a clinic or a quick fix, but in the way we breathe, speak, listen, move, and feel. The body holds a wisdom far older than any textbook. The soul remembers. When we allow ourselves to tune into that inner music—our unique vibration—something sacred awakens. Sound, silence, movement, breath—they are all invitations to remember who we truly are. And perhaps the most powerful compass of all is this: follow your joy. Let it guide you like the sun breaking through the clouds—toward playfulness, creativity, connection, and the wonder that lives in your inner child.
  • Advice to others To anyone just beginning this path or feeling lost along the way: be gentle with yourself. Start small. Follow the threads of what lights you up from within and brings a sense of childlike wonder as well as whatever brings peace to your body and softness to your breath. You don’t need to have all the answers. Stay connected to your authenticity and the path will unfold as you walk it. Trust your intuition, your curiosity, your longings. They are sacred messengers.
